Babbling Brook

Babbling Brook collects the sound of running water in rivers and streams, and is a subcategory of Nature Sounds.

It includes river sounds recorded in Settsukyo, Takatsuki, Osaka, and a brook with insects recorded at Rinshi-no-mori Park in Meguro, Tokyo. Some sounds come with an MP4 video.

They suit waterside scenes in video, outdoor ambience in games, videos with ambient sound and background layers beneath the opening of a piece of music.

According to the Takatsuki City website, Settsukyo Park was established as a scenic park, its grounds are entirely mountain forest, and the Akutagawa River flows along its east side. Whether the Settsukyo recordings were made inside the park is not documented, so we describe them only as recorded in Settsukyo.
